Shipping

Please note that orders can take up to 2 weeks in Germany and up to 1-1,5 month internationally. The average shipping time is 1 week in Germany and 2-3 weeks internationally.

Shipping prices depend on where you are located. Please use the shipping calculator below! To do this, you will need to add an item to your card and enter the country information. The shipping calculator will then show you the amount of the shipping cost.

RETURNS

We accept returns for non-personalized products within 14 days worldwide. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not return the purchased items to the manufacturer.

How can I return an item?

IMPORTANT: Send us an email in advance to melau.market@gmail.com and let us know that you would like to return an item. There are different return addresses, which will be communicated to you accordingly. If it is damaged, it would be very helpful if you could send us a photo (optional).
Your return will then be noted and checked.
We recommend that you return the product in its original packaging. The costs of the return have to be paid by the customer. The costs depend on the shipping method/shipping service provider you have chosen.
Once we have received the product, we will refund your payment within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first double check your bank account.=.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time for your refund to be credited.
Next, contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted to your account.

Exchanges (if applicable).
Exchanges will only be granted for defective or damaged items. If you would like to exchange an item for the same item, please email us at melau.market@gmail.com so we can clarify further.

You will be responsible for shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost for the return will be deducted from your refund.

The time it takes for the exchanged item to reach you may vary depending on the country you reside in.

If you are shipping an item valued over $75, consider using a shipping service with tracking or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are returning.
